Job description
We are looking for enthusiastic team players to join our Marketing unit to assist and consult our clients in their various digital marketing initiatives. Ideally, candidates should have a balance of analytical skills, creativity, and a strategic mindset to drive marketing success across different channels. Our projects include Strategic Marketing, Social Media, Marketing Automation, Email Marketing, Web Design, SEO, Advertising, and more.
You will work within a team of colleagues and customers to improve the digital marketing efforts of our clients and play a vital role in shaping and executing their marketing strategies. Your role will be dynamic and hands-on, combining strategic thinking with practical execution and automation to optimize marketing performance.

Your responsibilities

• Assess and analyze customers' marketing needs, translating them into actionable strategies and deliverables that align with business objectives.

• ​Collaborate closely with customers and internal teams to execute social media, email marketing, SEO, and advertising campaigns.

• Support web design initiatives to enhance customer experience and conversion rates. Having development experience is a plus. 

• Provide comprehensive support, including organizing strategy workshops, preparing marketing performance reports, and conducting training sessions for clients.

• Develop and deliver creative content, including design, copywriting, and multimedia assets, to support marketing campaigns.

• Utilize marketing automation tools to streamline marketing workflows and optimize performance.

• Assist in internal content planning, marketing execution, and campaign management, or other topics that interest you.

• Represent Digital Hive at industry events, training courses, and professional communities.

• Stay on top of marketing and industry trends to ensure best practices are implemented.

Desired profile

• Bachelor’s degree, university degree or master’s degree
  (preferred, but not necessary in Business, Economics or Marketing)

• Two years of work experience as a Marketing Consultant or in a similar role.

• Has the ability to work independently while being a collaborative team player and effective problem-solver

• Strong analytical skills, creativity, and business sense. 

• Pro-active and strong communicative skills

• Values respect, transparency, and commitment

• Eager to learn and stay on top of the latest Marketing trends

• Travel is a possibility (mainly Portugal & Europe)

• Already working and living in Belgium

We have offices at the Officenter in Hasselt, which offers us the possibility to work flexible at any Officenter location in Belgium. Working from home is possible, but our preference is to regularly attend our offices and customer locations as required.
